The NYS Liquor Authority now requires an inflexible 3-week application deadline for a Temporary Permit prior to any event in a public location where a customer wants to serve wine and beer. The cost to us to apply for a permit is $40.00. We must have that information one month prior to event to ensure the ability to serve beer and wine on the day of the event. Without the permit, no alcohol may be served. Contact Jane to secure a permit in time!
Jane Smith Russell has worked in the food and service industry for 25 years as the sole proprietor of Bluff View Catering for over twenty years and then as the Catering Manager at Stratton in Vermont, a large Intrawest-owned four season resort.
With Around the Corner Catering, Jane has created a quality catering for individuals and businesses in the Keuka Lake area in the beautiful Finger Lakes of New York State. Jane offers her unique planning services for private parties and weddings. We specialize in catering at your summer Lake rental, family cottages, and the smaller wineries.
We can take care of your meeting and event planning and catering to meet your business and corporate needs.
